TLAG Chairman, Dave Rechberger implores Boulder County Commissioners to add a ballot measure protecting Open Space from annexation to the November, 2016 ballot. The Commissioners summarily rejected the plan and offered a sobering reminder to residents that the lands they pay to protect as Open Space are in fact managed at the sole discretion of the County Commissioners.
