PRESERVE THE 4-BODY PROCESS
The City wants to eliminate the four-body review of land use changes in Area II (most of Gunbarrel is in Area II), AND MORE IMPORTANTLY, MOVE ALL BVCP AMENDMENTS TO THE Intergovernmental Agreement! This would strip the County Planning Commission AND City Planning Board of any say in for the whole BVCP going forward! Whether you're for or against the 4-body review process, the amendment procedures BVCP MUST remain in the BVCP, not the IGA!
WE NEED YOU TO SEND LETTERS TO THE TWO COUNTY BODIES AND THE CITY COUNCIL urging them NOT TO VOTE FOR THESE RADICAL CHANGES TO OUR BVCP AND IGA!
